Life 08 events, 13 to 22 June 2008
With other Frodsham churches we supported the visit to Frodsham of a team of students from Cliff College: Andrew, James, Nick, Oliver, Rachel and Val. Cliff College is a Methodist Theological Training College. At the time of Life 08 the President of the Methodist Church, Martyn Atkins, was Principal of the college.

As part of this the students from Cliff College gave out bacon rolls (or a vegetarian alternative) to the market stallholders. Pastor Tim Coad said, "We all appreciate what a hard-working lot of people the market stallholders are and we wanted to say thank you to them." Cowards of Frodsham supplied the bacon, the rolls were prepared by the team from Spuds Galore, the hot potato van in the market each week.
